Sometimes, before installing new app or update, it's good to fully clear your phone's RAM and chace:

*Android 2.3.7 : Menu - Settings - Applications - Manage Applications - [ choose the respective live wallpaper ] - click on 'Force stop' ( and if available click on 'Clear data' ) - clikc on 'Uninstall'. Afterwards try to install again.
