LookSee Encoder provides a way for applications to convert a series of still images into videos in a variety of popular formats (Quicktime, AVI, Flash, others), extract images from existing videos, convert videos between supported formats, and extract audio from videos. It is used for this purpose by LookSee Animator and LookSee Converter, also available on Android Market.
NOTE: This library can convert videos of any length, but please be aware that converting a feature-length video on your phone will take a long time relative to the time required to do it on a desktop computer.
