LinesUI - is a theme for most common launchers. Icons are in 144x144 and will be automatically resized to any device. (Including Tablets).

1. The theme must be applied to a alternative launcher like APEX, Nova, Holo, Go Launcher, Lightning etc. (And many more).
2. In 10.2 inch Tablets and above, you have to open the application in PORTRAIT mode, not in Landscape!

-From Nova or APEX launcher settings, set the desktop grid size to 6x6
